What counts as a session

A session is one notarization meeting with up to 4 signers and up to 10 documents. Your allowance refreshes at the start of every billing period. Unused sessions do not carry over.

Sessions run by your own commissioned notaries do not use the allowance. They get the same session room, identity checks, seal and audit trail.

When your team needs more network sessions every month, move to the next plan. The change applies right away and the price is prorated.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew after that.

Yes. The document check on the homepage runs in your browser without an account and shows the notarial act, identity steps and evidence record for your own document.

Your own notaries can keep running sessions, because their sessions never use the allowance. For more network sessions, move to the next plan and the new allowance applies right away.

Yes. Network notary sessions in your allowance include the notary's time. There is no separate notary fee per session.
