Remote notary for signers wherever they are

Without a remote notary, every distant signer turns into logistics: finding a mobile notary near them, shipping originals, waiting for the package to come back and hoping nothing is missing. One missing initial means doing it all again.

With a remote notary session, the document never leaves your workspace. The signer joins from wherever they are, the notary completes the act on video and the sealed PDF is back with your team when the session ends.

A single session supports up to 4 signers and up to 10 documents. Each signer joins from their own device and passes identity checks on their own. The notary sees everyone in the same session room and completes the act for each of them.

When a witness is required, they join the same session. Your team can bring the witness, or the notary network can provide one where the commissioning state allows it.

Many states allow their notaries to notarize for a signer located outside the US, under conditions such as the document relating to a matter in the US.
