Your plan sets how many network notary sessions your team can run each month. The allowance refreshes at the start of every billing period.

Starter:: 4 network notary sessions every month.
Business:: 12 every month, plus 2 own-notary seats.
Scale:: 40 every month, plus 10 own-notary seats.
Enterprise:: an allowance sized to your volume.

A session is one notarization meeting with up to 4 signers and up to 10 documents. A closing with a buyer, a co-buyer and a seller signing one package is one session, not three.

Scheduling that works for signers

Remote online notarization services only save time if signers can actually show up. ENotary gives senders two ways to run a session.

Scheduled:: the sender picks a time, every signer gets a calendar invite and a reminder, and a network notary is assigned to the session.
On demand:: the signer opens the link when ready, passes identity checks and a notary joins as soon as one is available during service hours.

Signers who fail an identity step can retry within the limits set by the notary's commissioning state. A session that never starts because of a failed check is not counted against your allowance.

Network notaries included in the plan

Every notary in the ENotary network holds a commission that allows remote online notarization in their state. The notary's time for sessions in your allowance is included in your plan, with no separate notary fee per session.

Your team does not need to find, book or pay notaries one by one. If you already employ commissioned notaries, they can run sessions on the same platform through bring your own notary, and those sessions do not use your allowance.
