OneNotary pricing for business, what each notarization and the Business Professional plan cost per month

These fees come from OneNotary's business pricing page, checked in September 2026. OneNotary updates its prices, and where the signer pays, some states cap notary fees, so confirm the numbers for your state before you commit.

Pay-as-You-Go keeps completed documents for 7 days; the paid tiers include unlimited storage. Enterprise is priced by quote. OneNotary also powers the individual notarization flow inside DocuSign, which is why DocuSign's consumer price starts at the same 25 USD.

A 25 USD notarization is one person signing one document. Business sessions rarely stay that small.

• Seals. A power of attorney, an affidavit and a corporate resolution signed together are three notarial acts. The second and third seals add 20 USD.
• Signers. Co-borrowers, spouses and two company officers each count. Every signer after the first adds 10 USD.
• Witnesses. Estate planning documents and some deeds need witnesses. A OneNotary witness adds 15 USD per session.
• Storage. On Pay-as-You-Go, documents are kept for 7 days, so a team that needs its records later either downloads everything right away or pays for a plan with unlimited storage.

The table uses the published online fees above with a OneNotary notary, with and without the 49 USD Business Professional plan. A heavy session means 2 signers and 3 seals.

For a few one-signer notarizations a month, Pay-as-You-Go is the cheapest option in this table, and we would not argue otherwise. The math turns once sessions carry several documents or signers. An ENotary session covers up to 4 signers and 10 documents at no extra charge, so a closing package or a board resolution with two officers costs the same as a single affidavit.

Connecting your own commissioned notary is OneNotary's cheapest route per session: 10 USD per notarization, 4 USD per extra seal or signer, and a 25 USD monthly professional subscription for the notary. OneNotary lists connect-your-own-notary as a Business Professional feature, so count the 49 USD plan as well. Twelve one-signer, one-seal sessions then come to about 194 USD a month. Forty heavy sessions come to about 954 USD.

ENotary Business costs 299 USD a month and includes 2 own-notary seats. Sessions your notaries run do not use the monthly allowance, and you still get 12 sessions with a network notary for days when your notary is booked or out. So for a light own-notary workload OneNotary costs less. From about 11 heavy sessions or 23 simple ones a month, or whenever you also need notaries supplied, the flat plan comes out ahead. Business Professional is OneNotary's team tier. It adds unlimited team members, unlimited document storage, document templates, custom branding, the option to connect your own notary, a REST API and remote Form I-9 with an E-Verify integration. The per-notarization fees are charged on top. It makes sense for an HR or operations team that wants several colleagues to send documents from one account and keep records beyond 7 days.

HR teams tend to buy it for onboarding: offer letters, employment verifications and affidavits from new remote hires. Is OneNotary cheaper than NotaryCam?

For one signer and one seal, both charge 25 USD. OneNotary is cheaper on multi-document sessions: an extra seal is 10 USD against 25 USD on NotaryCam. Extra signers cost 10 USD on both.

When does a monthly plan beat OneNotary pricing?

When sessions carry several seals and signers, or volume passes about 12 sessions a month. Twelve two-signer, three-seal sessions cost about 660 USD on OneNotary and 299 USD on ENotary Business.

Count last quarter's notarizations, seals and signers, then price an average month on each platform. If you notarize a few simple documents, OneNotary Pay-as-You-Go is hard to beat. If your team runs packages every week, needs notaries supplied and wants one number for finance, a plan with sessions included is simpler and usually cheaper.
