Notary Hub pricing at a glance
These figures come from Notary Hub's pricing page and its own help articles, checked in September 2026. Notary Hub can change its fees, so confirm them with the company before you sign.
| Fee | RON Pro (independent notary) | Corp RON (team of notaries) | Enterprise RON |
|---|---|---|---|
| Subscription | 35 USD per month, or 325 USD per year (about 27 USD a month) | Not published on the pricing page | By quote |
| Notary seats | One notary | One seat included, 23 USD per month for each additional notary | By quote |
| Per signing | 1 free signing a month, then 5 USD with up to 3 stamps, 9 USD with 4 or more | A shared pool of prepaid sessions that refreshes every month | By quote |
| ID and KBA checks | Included | Included | Included |
| Signers and witnesses | Several per session | Several per session | Several per session |
| Video recordings | Included, downloadable | Included, no added storage fee | Included |
| Who pays the notary fee | The signer, at the notary's own rates | The company, signers are not asked to pay | By contract |
Signers who book a notary through Notary Hub's consumer side pay the notary's fee. Notary Hub's standard session price has been 21 USD for the first seal and 15 USD for each additional seal, and notaries on RON Pro can set their own rates instead, with a flat platform fee of 10 to 50 USD a month for custom pricing.
What a month on Notary Hub really costs a company
The table prices RON Pro, which publishes every number, for sessions your own notaries run. A light session has up to 3 stamps. Corp RON would add a base fee Notary Hub does not publish, so treat these as the floor.
| Monthly volume | Notary Hub, 1 staff notary on RON Pro | Notary Hub, 2 staff notaries on RON Pro | ENotary Business |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12 light sessions | 90 USD | 120 USD | 299 USD, plus 12 network sessions |
| 40 light sessions | 230 USD | 260 USD | 299 USD, plus 12 network sessions |
| 40 sessions with 4 or more stamps | 386 USD | 412 USD | 299 USD, plus 12 network sessions |
| Staff notary out for a week | Signings wait, or signers book and pay an outside notary | Signings go to the second notary | Network notary sessions cover the gap |
If every notarization your company needs is handled by staff notaries who are always available, Notary Hub is cheaper than our Business plan, often by a wide margin, and we would not pretend otherwise. The comparison changes in three places: heavy closing packages with many stamps, the weeks your notary is on vacation or leaves the company, and the part of your volume that needs a notary you do not employ.
When Notary Hub is the better choice
- You are an independent notary building your own remote practice. RON Pro's storefront, custom pricing and 5 USD signings are built for exactly that.
- Your company has several commissioned notaries with steady schedules, and every signer can wait for one of them.
- You want signers to pay notary fees through the platform, with rates your notaries set.
- You need MISMO-certified sessions at the lowest platform cost and do not need supplied notaries.
When a monthly plan with network notaries is the better choice
- Your staff notaries cover most signings but not all of them, and missed signings cost you closings, hires or filings.
- You do not employ a notary at all, or your notary works part time. Our plans include commissioned network notaries, starting at 4 sessions a month on Starter for 119 USD.
- Finance wants one number every month instead of a base fee, seat fees and a session pool to reconcile.
- Several people in the company send documents and need one audit trail with SHA-256 fingerprints, exportable as PDF or JSON. Read more about the notarization audit trail.
Questions to ask Notary Hub before you choose Corp RON
- What is the Corp RON base price, and how many sessions are in the monthly prepaid pool?
- What happens when the pool runs out mid-month, and do unused sessions carry over?
- Can Corp RON route a signing to a Notary Hub notary when none of ours is available, and at what price?
- In which states are our notaries able to use the platform, and who handles state RON authorization paperwork?
- How long are recordings and journals kept after a notary leaves the company?
How Notary Hub compares with other business options
Notary Hub is one of several remote online notarization platforms that work with a company's own notaries. For seat pricing with your own notary, read BlueNotary pricing. For per-notarization fees with an optional own-notary route, see OneNotary pricing. For per-session fees with no seal charge, compare NotaryLive pricing.
| Platform | Own-notary pricing | Supplied notaries | Best for |

How much does Notary Hub cost?
Notary Hub RON Pro costs 35 USD per month or 325 USD per year. Each notary gets one free signing a month, then pays 5 USD per signing with up to 3 stamps or 9 USD with 4 or more. ID verification and knowledge-based authentication are included. Corp RON adds 23 USD a month per additional notary, and its base price is quoted rather than published.
What is Notary Hub Corp RON?
Corp RON is Notary Hub's subscription for mid-sized companies with their own team of notaries. It includes one notary seat, a management panel, a team signings dashboard, a shared booking portal and a monthly pool of prepaid sessions. Signers are not asked to pay a fee, because the company pays for the sessions.
Does Notary Hub supply notaries for businesses?
Not on its business plans. RON Pro and Corp RON are subscriptions for commissioned notaries, so your company provides the notary. Signers can request a notary through Notary Hub's consumer side, where they pay the notary's fee. ENotary plans include commissioned network notary sessions every month, next to your own notaries.
Is Notary Hub cheaper than BlueNotary for staff notaries?
Usually, for light volume. RON Pro is 35 USD a month plus 5 USD per signing with up to 3 stamps, while BlueNotary Business Pro is 47 USD per seat with 2 sessions included and 10 USD per session after that. At 12 sessions a month one notary pays about 90 USD on Notary Hub and about 147 USD on BlueNotary.
When does ENotary cost less than Notary Hub?
When your company needs notaries it does not employ, when staff notaries are often unavailable, or when heavy sessions push signing fees up. ENotary Business is 299 USD per month with 2 own-notary seats and 12 network notary sessions, so signings keep moving when your notary is out.
Choosing between Notary Hub and a monthly plan
Start with two numbers from last quarter: how many notarizations your staff notaries handled, and how many waited or went to an outside notary because nobody was free. If the second number is close to zero, Notary Hub's low platform fees are hard to beat. If it is not, a plan that includes network notaries next to your own seats pays for itself in the signings you stop losing.
